The process of listing a home for sale:
Client is presented with a detailed CMA
Client arrives at a market value
Client signs a Listing Agreement
Professional Photographer is scheduled, Room measurements are taken, Lock box and Signage are delivered.
After this process is completed, marketing of the home begins with putting the home on the MLS. Our listing service includes publication on other websites including Coloproperty.com, Realtor.com and Zillow among many others. Hanzlicek Real Estate customers will often have their home featured in Homes and Land Magazine which is a monthly publication highlighting homes for sale in the area where the home is listed. Your listing will also have exposure on our website, HanzlicekRealEstate.com.
Also included in our listing services is a professional scheduling service called Showing Time. Showing Time will contact our seller’s by phone, email or text to schedule and confirm showings. An online analytics report will also be generated weekly so that our sellers can track website “clicks.” If our seller’s would like Open Houses performed, we can do that too!
